Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact where applicable.
- Drink coolers must be returned empty, and clean.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or custom-engraved items.
- Free promotional items included in orders or giveaways.
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
Return Process
- Contact our Customer Service team at sales@holtzman-bechtel.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Place the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Include, a copy of your receipt, and any additional information requested by our team.
- Use the prepaid return label provided by our Customer Service team if applicable, or ship the package via a carrier of your choice to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was
received damaged or defective.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
- To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery with a description of the issue and photos of the item.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and ship dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping options you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its details page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
